Canceling or changing your agency subscription
Agency plans are month to month. You can cancel, resume, or switch plans yourself at any time — no emails, no phone calls.
How to cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then simply stops renewing. You keep full access until then.
What happens to my events?
Events that are already live keep Premium — nothing is taken away. After the plan ends, new events can still be upgraded individually at $39 each.
Changed your mind?
If you've scheduled a cancellation, a Keep my plan button appears on your Billing page. Click it any time before the period ends and the subscription continues as if nothing happened.
Switching instead of canceling
If the plan size is the problem, switch between Studio ($149, 10 events) and Agency ($249, 20 events) from the same page — proration is handled automatically.
Refunds
Because cancellation takes effect at the period end (you keep what you paid for), partial-month refunds generally aren't needed. If something's gone wrong with a charge, contact support and we'll sort it out.
