Customizing the guest experience

The guest experience screen is the first thing guests see after scanning your QR code. You can make it feel like your event, not ours.

What you can customize

Open your event and choose Customize Guest Experience:

Cover photo — a full-width image at the top of the guest page

Welcome message — a short greeting in your own words

Host names — e.g. "Amara & Kofi"

Accent color — the highlight color guests see on buttons and headers

Header style — how the cover photo and title are composed

Feature toggles — turn photo uploads, gallery browsing, photo comments, the guest book, and the live wall on or off

Guest book formats — allow written, voice, and/or video messages

Testing your changes

Everything previews instantly, and you can open the real guest view any time with Guest experience in the top bar of your event. On draft events you can try Premium-only options too, so you know exactly how the event will feel before paying.

A few tips

Use a landscape cover photo — it crops best on both phones and desktops

Keep the welcome message to a sentence or two; guests are standing in a doorway when they read it

Pick an accent color that matches your stationery or decor for a coordinated look
