Downloading your photos after the event

Everything your guests shared belongs to you. Here's how to take it home.

In the Uploads tab, open any photo or video and use the download button to save the original file.

Download everything at once

From the Uploads tab, request a full-gallery download. GuestQR packages every photo and video into a zip archive — for large galleries this runs in the background and you'll be notified when it's ready.

How long do I have?

Premium events: everything is kept for 365 days after the event

Basic events: uploads are kept for 30 days

Guests can keep adding photos for 10 days after the event date, so wait until the upload window closes before grabbing your final archive

Download your archive well before the retention window ends — once media expires it can't be recovered.

Can guests download photos too?

Guests who checked in can browse the gallery and save individual photos during their post-event access window. The full-gallery zip is organizer-only.
