Inviting teammates to help manage an event
You don't have to run the event alone. GuestQR supports two kinds of collaboration.
Per-event team members
Invite a co-host, planner, or trusted friend to a single event:
Team members can manage the event day-to-day — guests, uploads, the guest book — which is especially useful for having someone watch the gallery during the event while you enjoy it.
Agency collaborators
Agency accounts can add teammates at the account level, so a studio's whole team can work across its events without per-event invites.
What team members can't do
Ownership stays with you: billing, upgrades, and deleting the event remain owner-only.
A tip for event day
Give one team member a single job: keep an eye on Uploads from their phone. They can remove anything unwanted the moment it appears — and whatever they remove disappears from the live wall instantly.
