Setting up the live wall

The live wall turns guest uploads into real-time entertainment on the venue screen. Photos appear moments after guests share them.

Setup

Open your event and go to the Live wall preview

Open that page on the device connected to your screen — a laptop feeding a projector or TV works perfectly

Put the browser in full-screen mode

That's it. The wall cycles through the gallery automatically and picks up new uploads as they arrive.

What you need

Any device with a modern browser (laptop, mini PC, or a smart TV browser)

An internet connection at the venue — the wall updates in real time

A widescreen display looks best

Practical tips

Seed the wall before doors open — upload a handful of photos yourself so the first guests don't see an empty screen

Place it where people gather — near the dance floor or bar; guests love watching their photo appear, and it prompts more uploads

Keep an eye on uploads — you can remove any photo from the Uploads tab and it disappears from the wall immediately

The live wall is part of the Premium feature set, and you can try it on any draft event before paying.
