How the QR code and guest link work

July 13, 2026

Every event gets a unique QR code and a matching link. Both open the same guest page.

What guests see when they scan

  • Your event's welcome screen — cover photo, names, and welcome message
  • Check-in — they find their name (or register, at open events) and see their table
  • Photos — on Premium events, they can upload photos and videos and browse the gallery
  • Guest book — on Premium events, they can leave a written, voice, or video message
  • No app to download, no account to create, nothing to install. Everything runs in the phone's browser.

    Getting your QR code

Open your event and go to QR & Share. From there you can:

  • Download the QR image for printing
  • Copy the guest link to share by text, email, or your invitation
  • Open the guest view yourself to preview it
  • Does the same code work before, during, and after the event?

Yes — the QR code never changes. Before the event it shows the welcome screen; on event day it runs check-in and uploads; after the event, checked-in guests can still revisit the gallery and guest book for a short access window.

    Does the link expire?

The guest experience follows your event's retention window — 30 days after a basic event, a full year after a Premium one. Uploads close 10 days after the event date on every plan.
