Storage limits, add-ons, and how long media is kept
Every plan includes storage sized for its job, and you can expand it whenever you need to.
Storage by plan

10 GB holds roughly 3,000–6,000 typical phone photos — more than most weddings generate.
Storage add-on packs
Premium events can add one-time storage packs, stacking on top of the included 10 GB:
Add-ons are per event, purchased from the event's upgrade page, and take effect immediately — you can buy one mid-event if the gallery is filling up. The app warns you when storage crosses 85% so you're never surprised.
What happens when storage is full?
New uploads are declined until space is available. Guests see a friendly message; nothing already uploaded is affected.
What happens when retention ends?
Media is permanently removed after the retention window (30 days basic, 365 days Premium). Download your archive before then — expired media cannot be recovered.
