Reviewing agent activity: approve and revert
Reviewing agent activity
Every action an agent takes is recorded so you can review it. Because agents run in propose mode, the review queue is where their work actually takes effect — or gets undone.
Where to look
Needs review vs. history
Pending actions show Approve and Revert buttons. Once you act, the entry moves to history with a state badge (Approved / Reverted). Use the Needs review toggle to see only what's waiting on you.
What approve and revert do
| Action | Approve | Revert |
|---|---|---|
| Drafted reply (Auto-Responder) | Posts the reply and emails the customer | Discards the draft |
| Drafted article (KB Gap) | Publishes the article | Discards the draft |
| Closed ticket (Auto-Close) | Keeps it closed | Reopens the ticket to its previous status |
Each entry links straight to the ticket or article it concerns, so you can check the details before deciding.
Plan requirement
Agent activity is part of AI Agents, available on paid plans.
