Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade your plan. We never delete your data — existing resources remain accessible, you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets your monthly quotas.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is fully functional — not a trial. When you're ready for more, upgrading is instant. No credit card required to start.
Are AI features really included? No per-resolution fees?
Yes. Unlike tools that charge $0.50–$1.00 per AI resolution, our AI features — suggested replies, auto-classification, article drafting, and more — are fully included in Pro and Team plans with no usage fees.
