Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Conversations past your monthly allowance are billed at your plan's per-conversation rate — $0.06 on Starter, $0.04 on Growth, $0.03 on Scale — so support never stops working mid-month. Other limits prompt an upgrade instead, and we never delete your data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is fully functional — not a trial. When you're ready for more, upgrading is instant. No credit card required to start.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members. Our agents exist to reduce how much your team has to touch each conversation — charging per seat would mean earning less the better they work.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation counts once, when it first receives an outbound message — whether a person or an agent sent it. There is never both a ticket fee and a resolution fee for the same thread.
Are AI features really included? No per-resolution fees?
Yes. Unlike tools that charge $0.50–$1.00 per AI resolution, our AI features — suggested replies, auto-classification, article drafting, and more — are included on every paid plan with no per-resolution fee. You pay for conversations handled, whether a human or an agent handles them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. On Scale and Enterprise we can also arrange invoicing for annual commitments.
