How this page is measured
- Database and Authentication are live probes run when this page is generated. A slow response is reported as degraded.
- Email Gateway reflects the real outcome of live sends over the last 30 minutes.
- AI Features is a liveness check against our model provider.
- Web Application and API are the same deployment — if this page loaded, they served it.
Results are cached for up to 60 seconds. The same data is available as JSON at /api/health, which returns 503 during an outage so you can point a monitor at it.
Helmdesk is in beta and is provided without a formal uptime SLA — see our Terms of Service. This page reports what is actually happening, including when that is bad news.
